A factory run on a system, not on paper.
We built our own system for the factory, and every station and store works on it daily. For a dealer it means one thing: your order is always accounted for, and what arrives matches what was ordered.
What our system does for you

A printed code on every panel
From the first machine, a panel carries its own label: which order it belongs to, and which box it goes in.

Every step recorded
At each station a panel is scanned when work starts and when it ends, so the time and the person are on record.
- 03
The box refuses a mistake
If a panel is scanned into the wrong box, or the wrong order, the screen refuses it on the spot.
- 04
Loading by scan
Each box is scanned as it goes onto the truck and cannot be loaded twice; the driver, the plate, the container and the seal stay on record.

A live map of the floor
The real floor plan is drawn on screen: the machines and the waiting positions, each one showing its state right now.
